What to be changed to make a better life?

first of all, if you wanna change yourself. start with simple things. like:
1. sleep time
why you have to control your sleep time? don't underestimate this point! because a sleepless-time person always bad mood. Bad mood make your day worse, people are annoying for you then there's nothing you can do to make your day better because all you need is your bed and your day is over.

2.wake up time
i think this is the most important point because you may beat yourself. if you can control your wake up time and say goodbye to your bed as your plan-time that means big success! because the successful person always have self-control and as my result, the biggest ego time in life is when i have to leave my bed and start my day. so congratulation for anyone who already control the wake up time 
 
3. breakfast time

after you did the steps, you can do the next step that more intense like decide your dreams, think about what to do next in short and long term.
